MESSRS KAMAL HISHAM AND ASSOCIATES (KHAS) is a Malaysian-based law firm established in 2003 by its sole proprietor, Mr. Kamal Hisham Ja'afar. The firm was built on a simple premise: that quality legal service is inseparable from integrity and professionalism, and that a client's protection comes before anything else.

Today KHAS operates with offices in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru and Dubai, serving individuals, corporations and institutions. The practice combines professional ethics with practical, results-focused solutions for local and international clientele.

The firm is registered with the Bar Council of Malaysia, the professional body regulating advocates and solicitors in Peninsular Malaysia.

The firm's strength has always been in court. Our advocates appear regularly before the Magistrates', Sessions and High Courts, and that trial experience informs everything else we do — including the advisory work that never sees a courtroom.

It is easier to draft an agreement well when you have spent years watching agreements fall apart under cross-examination.
